We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced leader to lead and inspire our operations team across India. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing nationwide operations, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Location : Mumbai(Marol, Andheri East)

Educational Background: B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years in the construction industry

• At least 5 years in a managerial role

• Strong exposure to quality assurance, maintenance planning, and large-scale team management

Key Responsibilities

🚀 Strategic & Operational Management

• Lead nationwide operations, ensuring alignment with corporate targets

• Review & consolidate monthly production forecasts with Regional Managers

• Handle customer requests, complaints, and implement effective solutions

• Approve and monitor regional budgets, analyze expenses, and ensure ROI

⚙️ Production & Quality Assurance

• Oversee threading activities and ensure optimal manpower & equipment utilization

• Enforce adherence to Dextra Bar End Preparation Manual and quality control standards

• Analyze cost variances, drive process improvements, and deliver on-time project outputs

• Ensure compliance with customer safety norms and internal safety policies

🧰 Tools, Inventory & Maintenance

• Monitor stock levels, approve transfers, and manage nationwide consumable/tools inventory

• Lead preventive maintenance programs and coordinate with site teams for servicing plans

• Ensure availability of operational tools in alignment with project needs and deadlines

🤝 Cross-Functional Coordination

• Promote a culture of collaboration across departments

• Ensure transparent reporting, monthly reconciliations, and timely documentation

• Facilitate seamless communication among operations, finance, and maintenance teams
