Device Driver Bare metal

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Device Driver Bare Metal Engineer, located in Bengaluru. The individual in this position will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying bare metal device drivers. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, integrating software with hardware, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

• Strong experience in embedded C and bare-metal firmware development

• Hands-on experience with microcontroller architectures (e.g., STM32, NXP, Microchip, TI, etc.)

• Deep understanding of interrupt-driven programming, register-level programming, and bit manipulation

• Experience with debugging tools and hardware troubleshooting

• Familiarity with embedded development toolchains (e.g., GCC, IAR, Keil, SEGGER Embedded Studio)
