Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L3-level support for desktop and system-related issues.

Handle escalations and resolve advanced hardware/software problems.

Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.

Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Administer and troubleshoot network-related issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches).

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/network-related issues.

Maintain documentation of support issues, resolutions, and processes.

Collaborate with L1 and L2 teams for knowledge sharing and smooth operations.

Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies.
