- Contact customers via phone to follow up on overdue payments
- Explain outstanding balances and payment options clearly
- Negotiate repayment plans and closures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commitments
- Achieve daily/monthly collection targets
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution
- Follow compliance and RBI/DRA guidelines (if applicable)
- Update CRM/collection systems regularly
