Debt Collection agent In-house/Field

Job Description/Requirements For in-house agents must come from Nairobi region (Eastland Nairobi). For field agents, application from any region is acceptable (must indicate the region). Any certificate holder from a recognized higher institution will be considered. Previous experience in debt collection, customer service or a related field will be an added advantage (We shall offer training where necessary). Strong communication and negotiation skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. General knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and a quick learner
