About the internship We are looking for a data entry operator to help us manage the backend data typing, recording, analyzing, and all other work related to handling of data. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing, an eye for detail, and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Type worksheets, tests, and study material on Microsoft Word and parallel software 2. Maintain student data records in Microsoft Excel 3. Type and maintain data on our online portal 4. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output 5. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations 6. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files 7. Comply with data integrity, confidentiality, and security policies Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the part time job/internship 2. can start the part time job/internship between 16th Jan'25 and 20th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests XEP - Xceed Entrance Prep is a company based out of Gurgaon, Haryana that is trying to revolutionize the entrance prep market with its unique and creative teaching methods. We are currently preparing students for various entrances at our offline centres and our online learning portal.
