Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat platforms to handle their questions and feedback.

Solve customer issues regarding orders, payments, returns, and exchanges.

Provide customers with accurate product information and purchase recommendations.

Track customer complaints and feedback to ensure that issues are resolved promptly.

Assist the team to improve customer support processes and increase customer satisfaction.
