Role Overview!
We are looking for a dedicated and articulate Customer Support Representative to join our team. You will serve as the generalist who acts as the primary interface between the company and the customer. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities!
Omnichannel Communication: Manage and answer general inquiries effectively via phone, email, and ticketing systems to ensure a timely response to all customers.
Problem Resolution: proactively resolve billing issues, process account updates, and handle basic complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Data Management: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in the CRM software to maintain a complete history of the customer journey.
Triage & Escalation: Identify and route complex technical or high-level issues to the appropriate department (Technical Support or Management) to ensure the correct expertise is applied.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services to provide accurate information and guide users effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications!
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer support or service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and standard office software.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations.
