About the internship We are seeking a CS intern to perform the customer success team's daily activities. CS intern responsibilities include updating our customer records with newly enrolled users' information, maintaining the scheduling of mentorship sessions, Interacting with customers, and helping to adapt to the environment of learning. If you're interested in kickstarting your career in customer success and getting a closer look at how our company approaches customers, acquires, and helps them leap in their careers, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will assist in coordinating with different teams and help us make our customer experience more effective. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Connect with customers on welcome call post-enrollment 2. Update our internal databases including profile details 3. Reach out for mentorship reminders 4. Schedule and confirm interviews with participants for cohort programs 5. Coordinate with customers for success stories 6. Maintain mentorship session records and feedback for live sessions 7. Respond to customer queries related to the platform over email and phone Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 23rd Jan'25 and 27th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities 5. have relevant skills and interests Analytics Vidhya is a leading knowledge portal for analytics in India.
