● Maintain calendars and coordinate scheduling for the department head and other staff
● Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other materials as needed
● Coordinate arrangements for departmental meetings and events
● Track and monitor expenses for the department

● Prepare correspondence as needed

Qualifications:
● Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role
● Competent in MS Office Suite and Google Apps
