Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Live Chat Support
Respond to incoming customer chats in a timely and professional manner.
Address questions, concerns, and product-related inquiries.
Follow escalation procedures for unresolved or sensitive issues.
Maintain a courteous and helpful tone throughout interactions.
Meet response time and resolution targets in accordance with SOPs.
2. Email Support
Manage and respond to customer emails, prioritizing based on urgency and criticality.
Ensure accurate and complete information is provided.
Document interactions and resolutions using internal systems.
Comply with defined response timelines for both critical and non-critical issues.
3. Walk-in Guest Handling
Greet and assist walk-in customers at service counters or reception points.
Provide information about company services, products, and procedures.
Log and address inquiries or complaints and escalate as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk/service area.
Requirements
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 1 Year experience in a customer service role (Live Chat, Email, or Front Desk preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
