About the internship Candidates are recommended to visit the Woonac Website (www.woonac.com) to have a deeper understanding of the company and its offerings. Woonac is a flagship brand of PANM Labs India. Interns will receive their certificate and stipend from PANM Labs India. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Respond promptly and empathetically to inbound WhatsApp inquiries. 2. Actively listen and ask clarifying questions to deeply understand the customer's specific pain points, lifestyle, and needs. 3. Develop a strong understanding of Woonac's product range and its specific benefits/applications. 4. Recommend the most appropriate Woonac product(s) based on the individual customer's situation. 5. Clearly explain product usage and benefits in simple, reassuring language. 6. Handle customer concerns or follow-up questions with patience and care. 7. Maintain accurate records of interactions (simple CRM or spreadsheet initially). 8. Gather customer feedback to share with the product/marketing team.
