About the Role:
Are you someone who enjoys helping people and making their day better? Silayibazi is looking for a Customer Support Executive who can be the bridge between our customers and the brand. You'll handle queries, solve problems, and ensure every customer interaction is smooth, positive, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries across platforms – WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and calls
• Resolve order-related issues such as tracking, delays, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain a polite, professional, and brand-aligned tone in all communications
• Record and report customer feedback to help improve product and service quality
• Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely updates
• Proactively follow up with customers for unresolved concerns and feedback
• Assist with customer-related updates on Shopify or CRM tools
Who You Are:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
• A people person with empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
• Problem-solver with quick thinking and a calm demeanor
• Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce support is a plus
• Comfortable using tools like WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Excel, Shopify, etc.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
