Job requirements: Diploma or above, with experience in e-commerce customer service or those who are interested in working in the e-commerce industry in higher priority; The platform operates 24 hours a day, willing to work in shifts; proficient in basic office software such as word, excel; Good time management skills, careful and patient work, strong understanding and communication skills, good at analyzing and solving practical problems.
