Job Role: Customer Support (After Sales Service)​​

Qualification: Graduation

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients.

2. Handle queries, complaints, and feedback regarding properties.

3. Resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

4. Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, technical, etc.) to resolve customer concerns.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

6. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements:

1. 5-8 years of experience in customer support, preferably in real estate.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks.

4.Only females are eligible.

Salary & Benefis

Salary: 25K-30k​/- Per month

Working Days: 6 days a week, Sunday off

Shifts: Day
