About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Seasonal Customer Support Representatives. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension based on performance. Your responsibilities will include: Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. Adhere to customer service standards and quality assurance guidelines. Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Build strong customer relationships. Meet individual and team performance targets. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications: College graduate with a degree At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service/Support Prior experience in the BPO industry is an advantage. Excellent in English verbal and written communication. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service. The ability to remain calm and patient under pressure. Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
