Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues.

Communicate with customers via phone, email, or online chat.

Assist customers in completing purchases and answering product-related questions.

Follow up on customer feedback to ensure problem resolution.

Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

Proactive, responsible, and flexible in response to job changes.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Able to solve customer problems independently, patiently, and meticulously
