Job Description
� As Customer Concierge you are an ambassador representing the Company and its core service proposition.
� Your priority is to provide exceptional service by embodying the core values of the company in all your interactions with our guests and chauffeurs worldwide. You are the voice and face of the Company.
� You will work to resolve a wide variety of queries for guests and chauffeurs, utilizing a broad understanding of our policies and procedures to do so.
� You will use our key communication tools of phone, email, and live chat to resolve queries, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone within these communications.
� You will utilize relationship and trust-building skills to de-escalate demanding situations, looking for the best outcome possible for our customers.
� You will remain cognizant of service levels, ensuring that we manage incoming queries as quickly as possible.
� You will work on other proactive tasks to ensure that the Company service offering is as smooth as possible.
� You will contribute to the ongoing improvement of our service offering by looking for proactive ways to help customers.
� You will work in a team environment working cohesively within your team and individually on side projects.
� You will promote and encourage an open feedback culture within the Company.
� You will contribute to the overall development of The Company’s product by providing timely and accurate data about customer contact.
� A focus on quality is paramount and you will continually be looking at ways to improve your own skills in this area.
Requirements
� Must have at least 1-year BPO experience
� Ride-hailing, Dispatch, Travel, Hotel Reservations and Escalations experience is an Advantage.
� Must have excellent communication skills.
� Can start ASAP
