Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers through phone, email, online chat, etc., provide financial product consultation and sales support

Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate financial solutions, and promote sales conversion

Maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints, and provide timely and effective solutions

Record customer interaction information and maintain data in the company's CRM system

Requirements:

High school education or above, sales or customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Have a strong team spirit.

Goal-oriented, with sales skills and customer service awareness
