About the job Company Description Property List Hub Booking is a leading Nigerian online property booking platform for Hotels, Short-lets, and Event Centres. The platform offers a variety of booking options, including Short-lets of flats, apartments, entire homes, private or shared rooms, as well as Hotel Rooms and Suites, and Event Venues for event halls, meeting rooms, and conference rooms. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Customer Service NYSC Corpers at Property List Hub Booking. The role is based in Lekki but allows for some work from home. The NYSC Corpers will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, delivering quality customer service, and enhancing customer experience on the platform. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Service skills Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience Proficiency in Phone Etiquette Strong communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's or OND degree or currently serving in the NYSC program
