We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position Below Job Title: Customer Service Intern (NYSC) Location: Lagos (Hybrid) – 3 Days Onsite Employment Type: NYSC (Strictly for Corps Members) Job Description Are you a serving corps member in Lagos looking to gain real experience in a professional, fast-paced environment? We’re hiring a Customer Service Intern to assist with customer communication, basic administrative duties, and daily tasks. This role is ideal for a corper who’s proactive, tech-savvy, and eager to learn! Responsibilities Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Assist with complaints, orders, and general service follow-ups Maintain accurate customer interaction records via CRM Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams Support the team in customer satisfaction surveys and reporting Place and receive customer calls professionally Complete assigned daily online tasks and reports Perform basic administrative duties (data entry, scheduling, file organization) Follow up with customers and escalate issues as needed Requirements Must be a currently serving corps member (Lagos only) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident speaking on the phone and handling calls Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions What You’ll Gain Hands-on customer service and admin experience Opportunity to learn CRM tools and digital task management Monthly allowance Letter of recommendation Possible post-NYSC job offer for top performers Monthly N45,000 per month
