What You'll Do In Your Customer Service Internship:

Provide first-level contact and support for customers seeking administrative and technical assistance, resolving issues promptly.

Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and within specified timeframes.

Identify customer needs, clarify information, and offer solutions or alternatives through research.

Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Escalate unresolved queries to higher support levels as necessary, maintaining proper communication protocols and documentation.
