We are hiring Telesales Executives for SMFG’s Personal Loan digital process. If you have good communication skills and are looking for a stable job with attractive incentives, this role is for you!
📌 Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for personal loan products
Explain product details and convert leads
Maintain call quality, customer handling, and sales targets
Update CRM with accurate information
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Experience - Freshers
Qualification: HSC Pass (marksheet mandatory)
Age: 18 – 35 years
Communication: Basic/average English + Hindi; any regional language is a plus
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
⏱ Shift Timings
9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
🗓 Weekly Off
3 Sundays fixed off
1 Sunday rotational off
🎓 Training
7 days of paid product training provided
