Understanding of medical billing codes, insurance processes, and claim adjudication. 2. Perform pre-call analysis to identify and fix any frontend claim Rejections. 3. Initiate calls to insurance companies for claim resolution and follow-up on pending & unpaid claims to ensure timely payment. 4. Prepare call notes, initiate or execute the corrective measures by sending necessary documents to Payers 5. Maintain detailed records of interactions and claim statuses for quality reporting 6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and expedite claims processing. 7. Adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards in all communication and documentation.
