Customer Experience Consultant Fresher Job

About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Resolve customer queries by recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities

2. Manage a blended process including both voice and chat support

3. Deliver pure customer service with no targets, sales, or upselling

Requirements:

1. Work 6 days a week with 1 rotational off and compulsory weekend working

2. Follow any 9-hour shift between 7 AM to 9 PM for day shift or 10 PM to 6 AM for night shift

3. Be comfortable with night shifts for male candidates and no night shifts for female candidates

4. Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years or older

5. Have 0-7 years of relevant experience

6. Demonstrate excellent English communication skills both written and spoken

7. Maintain good typing speed
