Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Care Intern to be the voice of Sassiest, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and strengthening brand loyalty. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support, sales, and brand engagement in a fast-growing industry. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer queries and support through calls, emails, and chat. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently. • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality. • Communicate effectively to build relationships and improve brand loyalty. • Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions, contributing to sales growth. • Work closely with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience. • Maintain and update records using Google Sheets/Excel for tracking queries and responses. • Create impactful presentations to report insights and suggest improvements. Qualification & Skills: • Willingness to learn about customer support, service, or sales. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking and reporting. • Ability to create impactful presentations for customer insights and improvements. • A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.
