Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our clients, from initial inquiry to post-move support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information about moving services, pricing, and timelines.
Coordinate with the operations team to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather service feedback.
Support the sales and logistics team with client communication and updates.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to promote client trust and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or moving services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and customer service software.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
