Duties and responsibilities
• Execute and maintain system configuration, data loads, setting up and managing security, user permissions, password resets, break/fix instructions and data access
• Perform troubleshooting of production issues, updates for minor CRs and tickets requiring minor changes and enhancements to existing functionality
• Have good functional knowledge and provide good customer experience through timely and appropriate communication as well as following through till issue resolution
• Co-ordinate with appropriate individuals from other applications on Salesforce integrations
• Diagnose, prioritize and escalate tickets to L2/Salesforce Developers
• Timely and accurate documentation of resolution activities, system configuration and administrative processes
• Escalate process change requests, system enhancements or any other related requests through relevant mechanisms for approval / prioritization
• Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation as appropriate
• Understand the new functionality being added as well as bugs being fixed by the Development team
• Creation and maintenance of sandboxes in force.com platform
• Download and maintain production instance data backups
• Perform deployment of releases using Copado/SFDX and migration of data using data loader.
• Commit code to source control using Copado/GIT
• Knowledge of Lighting interface and Einstein analytics would be an added advantage

Here's what you'll need
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline from a reputed university
• 4+ years of experience on Salesforce platform, including 2+ years in System Administrator role
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Workflow rules
• Knowledge in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Force.com, Visual Force and Apex
• Well versed in CRM practices and technology platforms
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
• Experience with rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Experience in full development life-cycle from design to development, testing, deployment, and administration and support
• Experience coding with Visual Studio Code
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification
Good to have
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
• Platform App Builder certification
• Marketing Cloud / Pardot experience or certification
