Key Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the production and delivery of creative work, managing projects from concept to execution, ensuring quality and adherence to client needs and agency standards.
Lead and inspire a team of creative designers, providing direction and mentorship to achieve outstanding creative output.
Collaborate with account managers and commercial teams to understand client objectives and develop creative strategies that align with their goals.
Conceptualize and oversee the development of compelling visual and written content across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to continuously elevate our work.
Provide constructive feedback and facilitate brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
Any other duty that may be assigned to you
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Fine Arts, Graphic Design, advertising, marketing, communications or a related field
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a creative role, with at least two (2) years in a leadership position
Experience within the advertising industry is an added advantage
Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns and projects.
Proficiency in design software and strong knowledge of design principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
