Creative Associate - Intern

Job description We The People Films is a dynamic media house specializing in films, commercials, digital content, brand storytelling, OTT content, IP creation and more. We work with a diverse range of brands, agencies and platforms delivering high-quality creative solutions. Role Overview: We are looking for a Creative Associate - Intern who is passionate about storytelling, content creation, and advertising. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the ropes of production, brainstorming creative ideas, and executing engaging content for brands. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing creative concepts, decks, and intra-company operational documents for all in-house projects. Research industry trends, creative inspirations, and competitive brand strategies. Support the team in pre-production, production, and post-production processes. Contribute fresh ideas to marketing and content strategies across platforms. Help with ideations, coming up with social media campaigns for the company and assist the creative/ production team in everyway possible. Collaborate with directors, designers, and producers on various projects. Help is creating sales pitch, CRM and market research. Requirements: Strong passion for advertising, content creation, filmmaking, and brand storytelling. Excellent communication and writing skills. Basic knowledge of visual storytelling, scripting, or content creation. Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing. Ability to think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in media, advertising, or film (internships, projects, or coursework) is a plus. What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience in the creative and production industry.
