Purpose of Position:
To collect and deliver documents, parcels and mail as well as to perform Basic administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Required), Valid South African Driver licence (Code B) (Required)
Required Experience:
Driving Experience, Extensive Meditech knowledge, General administration experience, Knowledge: Computer, Knowledge: Google and Google Mail, Knowledge: Medical Terminology, Knowledge: MS Word and MS Excel
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and deliver reports, specimens and parcels, updated request forms, stock in order to ensure that clients and labs received them timeously, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath. Ability to hold general conversations with both gatekeepers and doctors. Ensure a professional outlook at all times., Maintain safekeeping and maintenance of company vehicles and relevant equipment in order to remain contactable and deliver excellent service, Marketing and report feedback on Drs routes / Hospital environment. Build good relationships with gatekeepers in doctors’ rooms (receptionist, practice managers, secretaries, etc.), Perform administrative tasks to ensure accurate recording and filing of documents
