Job Description/Requirements

Our client in the Agritech industry is seeking experienced operations staff to oversee county coordination, ensuring the effective sale and distribution of agricultural products across different counties in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities:

County Coordination: Lead and manage operations within assigned counties to drive sales and product distribution.

Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, government officials, and other stakeholders.

Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market penetration.

Logistics Management: Oversee the transportation and delivery of products to ensure timely and efficient distribution.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the agritech sector.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, distribution, and customer feedback.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain departments.

Compliance and Regulation: Ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies
