We offer courses, counseling, and training to help individuals in their personal growth and development journey. Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Counseling Intern at ABCD. The role will be based in Gautam Buddha Nagar with the flexibility to work from home. The Counseling Intern will: • Conduct one-on-one online counseling sessions for interested candidates, providing detailed information about courses, addressing queries, and convincing them to enroll. • Participate in case conferences, and meetings, and complete assigned administrative tasks. • Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration to facilitate effective communication and address academic or non-academic concerns. • Collaborate with schools, educational institutes, and the healthcare sector to deliver counseling services and organize individual and group training programs. • Assist in school counseling programs, supporting students' academic, emotional, and social development. • Develop and participate in podcasts on mental health, counseling practices, and personal development. • Regularly gather feedback from students regarding course content, teaching methods, and learning experiences. • Attend scheduled meetings with faculty, department heads, and stakeholders to voice student opinions and suggestions. • Offer assistance and guidance to students regarding university policies and available resources. • Promote academic integrity and excellence by encouraging active student participation. • Organize and support events, workshops, and initiatives to foster community engagement and enhance the student experience. Qualifications • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Empathy and compassion • Active listening and non-judgmental approach • Knowledge of counseling techniques and theories • Ability to work in a team and independently • Experience in the mental health or counseling field is a plus • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
