Job Description
1. Creation of Brand Pillar themes with agencies
Overall: Close Coordination with the social & digital teams to maximise visibility for key initiatives per brand and initiatives rolled out
• Define Roles and Responsibilities: for each Partner agency involved in the various programs
• Set Expectations: Establish clear expectations for performance, deliverables, and timelines.
• Communication: Schedule regular meetings, calls, or emails to stay connected
• Support and Build Trust: Provide the necessary training, resources, marketing materials and feedback to build long term relationships by fostering trust and transparency in interactions
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Measure the success of the programs and the performance of the partner agencies with regular reporting
2. Engage with Hotel Teams effective implementation of initiatives
Overall: Maintain consistent communication with support, assistance and resources to ensure initiatives are effectively implemented at hotels, tracked and reviewed with action points
• Communication: Personally, engage with key stakeholders at hotels to understand the on-ground status of the rolled-out programs and assist with queries and requirements
• Good Practices and Standards: Collect and Collate data from hotels on the initiatives and prepare for periodic review with action points and next steps. Highlight good practices for improving standards in the implementation of various initiatives that have been rolled-out
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Measure the success of the programs and the performance of the hotels with regular reporting
3. Special projects and improvement initiatives
Overall: Facilitate and support in CFTs on special projects and improvement initiatives identified
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation based on objective defined. Maintain accurate and organized documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Track progress, identify potential issues, and ensure tasks are completed on time. Prepare and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties
• Assist in identifying potential problems or roadblocks and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Other Support Functions: Gather and analyse data to support decision-making.
