Job description Job description POST: Graduate Intern - Content & Research ROLE TYPE: Full time (In Office) LOCATION: Delhi DURATION: 6 months (potential permanent opportunity upon successful completion of the internship) STARTING DATE: Immediately About Us: The College Access Program (CAP) empowers students at partner schools to confidently navigate their career and college admissions journey. With a proven track record of collaboration with 200+ schools and 450+ universities, CAP provides students with unbiased insights, resources, and access to a wide range of higher education opportunities in India and abroad. Job Overview: We are looking for a graduate intern who is passionate about education, research, content creation and digital engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, a keen interest in education, and the ability to smartly leverage tools to enhance program delivery. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation and Communication: • Assist in developing guides, blogs, newsletters, and social media content • Ensure all written communication aligns with the program's tone and objectives. Digital Engagement and Social Media Management: • Assist in managing the program's social media platforms • Leverage tools like Canva and other design platforms to create visually appealing posts and materials. • Help manage online resources, update databases, and contribute to CAP’s digital outreach strategies. Research: • Conduct in-depth research on universities, admission processes, financial aid, and emerging career trends to support program materials. Stakeholder Support: • Assist in coordinating with schools, universities, and students as needed Qualifications: • Bachelor’s (completed) or Master's degree in any field, preferably from a top tier college • Strong writing and research skills with an interest in education and career guidance • Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Docs, Sheets, and online research tools • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to explore new technologies.
