Internship Opportunity: Content & Admin Operations Intern About the Role We’re looking for a motivated, multi-talented intern to join The CollabHub — a global outsourcing and admin support company serving financial and accounting firms in the US and UK. In this role, you’ll work directly with the founder and gain hands-on experience across content creation, admin operations, digital tools, and process documentation. This internship is designed for someone who’s not just looking to "add an internship to their resume," but truly wants to build, learn, and grow with a fast-scaling startup. You’ll support both internal growth initiatives for The CollabHub and contribute to selected projects for our international clients. Who Should Apply This internship is ideal for someone who: Is currently a college student (preferably BBA, B.Com, BA, Mass Communication, or similar) with online or flexible class schedules. Can consistently commit to a fixed schedule from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday. Wants to work directly with a founder and gain exposure to multiple aspects of business building. Enjoys shifting between content, operations, and admin tasks based on daily priorities. Is excited about AI, systems, and productivity tools — and uses platforms like ChatGPT, Canva, Notion, Trello, etc. Is self-motivated, can figure things out through Google or YouTube, and enjoys working independently with minimal supervision. Takes ownership, is loyal and curious, and wants to understand how real businesses grow. Key Responsibilities You’ll be involved in a wide range of activities, including: Content & Visibility Writing and editing LinkedIn posts for our company page Formatting blogs, newsletters, carousels, and case studies Assisting with the creation of eBooks, guides, and landing page copy Designing visuals using Canva (basic design only) Admin & Operations Conducting research on tools, clients, and competitors Documenting internal processes and SOPs Managing and updating trackers, Notion dashboards, and Airtable bases Summarizing meeting notes or audio transcriptions Tools You’ll Use Canva Notion ChatGPT Google Docs/Sheets Trello Airtable LinkedIn and scheduling tools Internship Details Duration: 3 months (extension or full-time offer possible) Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday) Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on skill and performance) Location: Remote (applicants from India preferred) Communication: 1–2 weekly check-in calls with the founder Growth Path Interns who perform well may be offered: A longer internship with increased stipend A part-time or full-time remote position Mentorship in freelancing, marketing, systems, client communication, and more Who This Is Not For Students with an exam-heavy or inflexible academic schedule People who need daily handholding and can’t manage time independently Applicants only interested in doing social media marketing Anyone just looking for a certificate or formal internship letter Confidentiality Note This role involves working on internal systems and real client-facing documents.
