Full job description

Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors.

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Monitor project progress and report to project managers.

Resolve problems that arise during construction.

Maintain records of materials, labor, and equipment used.

Proven experience as a construction foreman.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Knowledge of construction procedures and occupational safety guidelines.

Own transport and tools (preferred but not essential).

Availability to work on a contract basis for periods ranging from 4 to 8 months
