Administrative Oversight:
Manage daily office operations and supervise administrative staff.
Ensure proper filing, record keeping, and retrieval systems are in place and up to date.
Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies.
Academic Support Services:
Support academic departments with timetabling, room scheduling, and student enrolment processes.
Assist in the coordination of examinations, including venue preparation and distribution of materials.
Student Services:
Oversee admissions, registration, and orientation processes.
Maintain accurate student records in compliance with college and regulatory requirements.
Act as a liaison between students and relevant departments regarding administrative queries.
Human Resource Support:
Coordinate staff recruitment logistics and onboarding processes in collaboration with HR.
Maintain staff records and monitor attendance and leave schedules.
Communication and Correspondence:
Draft and manage official college correspondence.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Organize staff meetings and take minutes.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to relevant institutional, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
Prepare regular reports for the Principal and senior management on administrative operations and performance indicators.
