About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligning with the company's overall business goals 2. Collaborate with leadership to translate strategic objectives into operational plans and actions 3. Conduct market research, perform competitive analysis, and evaluate business performance to inform strategic decisions 4. Act as the liaison between different teams to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project delivery 5. Identify, evaluate, and manage external partnerships to enhance business capabilities and market presence 6. Maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term success 7. Collaborate with external partners to drive joint initiatives and growth opportunities 8. Work on performance monitoring and reporting 9. Lead organizational change initiatives related to strategy execution and cross-functional collaboration 10. Develop and implement change management strategies to help teams adopt new processes, systems, or business models 11. Provide training and support to ensure successful transitions 12.
