Job Summary

The Coaching & Proctoring Lead will play a critical role in guiding participants through their learning and project execution journey. This role ensures that participants receive hands-on mentoring, structured feedback, and the right support to drive impactful improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a mentor and coach for Quantum Leap participants, guiding them through project execution.

• Support participants in idea validation, problem-solving, and benefit realization.

• Review A3s, project milestones, and provide structured feedback.

• Conduct coaching clinics, 1:1 sessions, and group mentoring to support learning adoption.

• Collaborate with the program team and Learning Program Lead to ensure seamless participant support.

• Support Learning and content development

• Measure project impact, engagement levels, and coaching effectiveness.

Skills and Experience

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ 8+ years experience in coaching, business transformation, or operational excellence.

✅ Strong knowledge and experience of One or more of these areas- Lean Six Sigma, AI, Data Analytics and Data driven Decision manking, Risk Management.

✅ Experience in mentoring, training, and guiding professionals in a project environment.

✅ Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and analytical skills.
