Clinic Partnership Associate

Role Overview

We’re looking for a young, energetic graduate to join our team as a Clinic Partnerships Associate.

This role is similar to a medical representative, where you will visit gynaecologists and women’s clinics across Mumbai, introduce them to Tilt products, and set up clinic partnerships where doctors display a Tilt QR code in their clinic for patients to discover our products.

You will play a key role in helping us build trusted relationships with doctors and clinics, while expanding Tilt’s reach among women who can benefit from our products.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Outreach Visit gynaecologists, obstetricians, and women’s health clinics across Mumbai. Introduce doctors and clinic staff to Tilt and our product range. Explain the benefits of absorbent underwear for patients.

Partnership Development Set up commission-based partnerships with clinics. Encourage clinics to display Tilt QR codes or informational material. Ensure doctors understand how the referral/commission system works.

Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clinic staff and doctors. Conduct follow-up visits to maintain partnerships. Ensure QR displays and promotional materials remain visible and active.

Lead Tracking Maintain records of clinic visits and partnerships. Track which clinics have active QR codes and referrals. Share feedback and insights from doctors and patients.

Market Feedback Collect insights from doctors about patient needs and concerns. Provide feedback to the internal team to help improve products and messaging.

Who We’re Looking For

Female graduate (recent graduates welcome). Comfortable speaking with doctors and clinic staff.

Fluency in English and Hindi Confident, outgoing, and well-presented.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field role. Bonus Experience in sales, medical outreach, or brand promotions. Interest in women’s health and wellness.
