Job Description
ROLE PROFILE
The role is operational in nature and entails working on multiple client accounts that need to be managed and grown over a period. In this role you will be required to assist senior client servicing managers efficiently manage our client relations and key. A detailed role description is given below.
Operations
· Assist the senior Client Servicing team members with delivering daily tasks on the allocated accounts
· Liaison with the creative teams to execute tasks as per defined worklist
· Research platforms and competition to develop ideas that help enhance value and drive results
· Coordination with vendors across digital marketing activities like paid media, website & app development and live amplification
· Participate in brainstorming and reviews to contribute with ideas to enhance the client value proposition
Tracking & Reporting
· Update all types of trackers and reports as per the frequency set
· Participate in client meetings and create the Minutes of the Meeting
· Prepare reports for monthly review meetings and campaign reviews for organic social media and paid media
QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Marketing or any Communications discipline
· A minimum work experience of at least 1 year in a client servicing role
· Sound written and spoken English skills
· Process-driven approach, excellent documentation and time management skills
· Working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Word
