About the job Key responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound inquiries for wedding photography services 2. Explain photography packages, pricing, and deliverables to potential clients 3. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings 4. Track and update client interactions in CRM or internal systems 5. Meet monthly targets as set by the management 6. Monitor the number of inquiries handled per week 7. Analyze lead conversion rate based on the sales funnel 8. Generate monthly insights on leads 9. Improve follow-up efficiency including response time and closure rate 10. Communicate persuasively and confidently 11. Understand wedding photography trends at a basic level 12. Handle objections and negotiate effectively 13. Stay organized and consistent with follow-ups 14. Use Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva for documentation and presentations 15.
