Civil Supervisor

• Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance and repair works within the mall premises.
• Monitor civil contractors and vendors to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Inspect and maintain flooring, tiles, walls, ceilings, plaster, waterproofing, and structural elements of the mall.
• Coordinate with the operations, engineering, and fit-out teams for civil-related works.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of civil infrastructure.
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper inventory of civil materials.
• Ensure work is carried out following safety standards and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report any civil defects or damages.
• Maintain proper documentation, work reports, and vendor records.
• Assist during tenant fit out works and renovations to ensure compliance with mall guidelines.

Working conditions

• Daily reporting: Reporting to the management regarding of ENG module DPR reports and Reporting of material module at weekly basis likewise Stock summery, issue reports & GRN register.
• Working Condition: Monday to Saturday, Weekends Off
• Preference: Male
