Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and approved plans.

1. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and project managers.
• Ensure smooth workflow between different teams and subcontractors.

1. Quality Control

• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper materials and workmanship.

1. Planning & Execution

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and report delays or issues.

1. Material Management

• Monitor material usage and ensure proper storage.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for required materials.

1. Safety Management

• Ensure site safety procedures are followed.
• Implement safety regulations and conduct safety checks.

1. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain site reports, daily progress reports, and work logs.
• Prepare measurement sheets, bills, and progress updates.

1. Problem Solving

• Identify technical issues at site and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to site workers.
