Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented cashier to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

Process customer transactions, including cash, credit/debit card payments, and other forms of payment.

Maintain an accurate cash drawer and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.

Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues.

Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.

Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.

Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.

Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
