Job Summary:

Vijay Mantra is seeking a confident and result-oriented Counselor to guide students/clients, provide proper information about services, and assist them in making the right decisions. The candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students/clients regarding courses, programs, or services
• Handle inquiries (walk-in, phone, and online leads)
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain records
• Achieve admission/enrollment targets
• Maintain proper documentation and reports
• Coordinate with team members for smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation in any stream
• 1–2 years of experience in counseling / sales (preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Target-oriented mindset

Salary:

Salary as per interview + Incentives

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
