Cambridge Principal – Primary and Secondary

Requirements:

Minimum Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field

Experience:

At least 5 years of leadership experience in a Cambridge International school

Strong understanding of Cambridge curriculum (Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS/A Level)

English Proficiency: Fluent in speaking and writing (minimum IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100)

Leadership Skills:

Ability to develop long-term educational strategies

Strong school management, teacher supervision, and curriculum development skills

Experience with international school accreditation

Ability to build strong relationships with parents, students, teachers, and stakeholders

Personal Qualities:

Strong leadership

Innovative and passionate about educational excellence.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications (PDQ).

Experience in technology-driven school management.

Willing to be placed at Semarang
