The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing excellent customer support. Day-to-day tasks will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers with their questions and concerns. The Call Center Representative is expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally. Qualifications • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills • Proficiency in achieving Customer Satisfaction and strong Interpersonal Skills • Basic Computer Literacy is required • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
