Who do we need? Candidate s who have success f ully completed at least Senior High School (Grade 12). Pre f erably has previous experience as a Cab in Crew, particularly A320/321/330 quali f ied. M ust meet the minimum height requirement o f 5'3 f or f emales, and 5'7 f or males; and a reach test o f 210 cm . Candidates without prior experience as a Cab in Crew may also apply. Open to F ilipino nationals based in the Philippines only . M ust be pro f icient in F ilipino and Eng lish language. M ust be physically and mentally prepared to undergo rigorous training and e f f ectively f ul f ill the roles and responsibilities o f a Cab in Crew. M ust have a c us t o mer -centric mindset and critical thinking skills . M ust possess con f idence and creativity in problem solving. Willing to be based outside o f Manila, i f necessary.
